Not in the best shape, mug has a LOT of small chips around the rim, at the base, etc......I've pictured a few but there are more......some are visible some not so much. Also has a hairline crack just above the "Doc" plaque's upper left side, very hard to see but it is pictured. The printing on the bottom is very worn. Cup is very clean. Very small, about 3 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" in diameter. Very hard to find piece.
