    Vintage pressed-tin lithograph of
    Pluto the Dog
    , a
    Walt Disney
    character. Made in the U.S.A. by
    Marx Toys
    in 1939. Measures 8" long and has a wind-up mechanism that causes the dog to move forward, while his tail rotates. When tail contacts the surface it is moving on, it causes the dog to roll over, and continue on when righted. The ears have been replaced with smooth felt.
